Since its inception, the organization has been dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals within the community. Through various programs and initiatives, TEES Loving Care has focused on community improvement, capacity building, and neighborhood development. The organization has been recognized for its efforts in providing essential services and support to those in need, fostering a sense of community and empowerment.

About Our President
Trinette Jackson is the dedicated President and Executive Director of T.E.E.S. Loving Care, which stands for Transforming, Empowering, Engaging, and Serving. With a lifelong connection to the North Memphis community, Trinette has witnessed firsthand the challenges and opportunities that come with living in an urban setting. Her deep-rooted commitment to this vibrant and diverse neighborhood has shaped her into a passionate advocate for community service and empowerment.
Trinette holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a concentration in Public Health from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, and a Master's in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management from Bethel University, completed in December 2023. This strong educational foundation equips her with the knowledge and skills to effectively lead and manage a nonprofit organization.
Trinette's professional journey spans over 5 years in the banking and finance industry, 29 years of customer service experience, 23 years in K-12 education with the Shelby County School District, and ownership of a childcare facility. Her extensive community engagement includes 19 years of volunteering and organizing events for underprivileged youth, 12 years of work with the elderly and individuals with special needs, and 7 years in home health. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Trinette further developed her skills by working in Public Health, assisting the entire Shelby County District.
Her diverse background and experiences have equipped her with the necessary skills to excel in any role that requires exceptional customer service and a passion for serving others. Trinette's strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt quickly make her an ideal leader for T.E.E.S. Loving Care.
Trinette's passion for public health stems from her personal experiences growing up in an underserved community. She is committed to advocating for equitable access to healthcare and promoting health education in her community. Her ultimate goal is to drive policies and initiatives that improve public health outcomes for marginalized communities and to hold leadership roles in healthcare organizations and government agencies to bring about systemic change.
Under Trinette's leadership, T.E.E.S. Loving Care has expanded its programs and services, focusing on community improvement, capacity building, and neighborhood development. Her strategic vision and unwavering dedication have inspired the team to work tirelessly towards creating a better future for the community.
